Easy Pepperoni Bread
Two of husband’s favorite foods, bread and pepperoni! Oops, I forgot the cheeses…
1 green pepper, sliced
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb provolone cheese, sliced
1 small pkg pepperoni
Saute the peppers in oil until tender. Roll out dough into a 12×24 inch rectangle. Place the provolone down the center of the dough, overlapping ends; continue with the peppers and pepperoni. Sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese and garlic. Fold sides in to enclose filling and seal the seam and the ends well. Place loaf on a greased baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
