Whitney Farms products lets me have the best organic soil for my fruits and vegetables that I am proud to feed my family. My wife, which has plants from one end of the house to the other, also enjoys the benefits of the organic plant food for her flowers. I till my garden and put cow manure on every year and believe me it can get dusty and smelly. This is one of the reason’s I have changed to Whitney Farms products. It’s so easy to apply and contains beneficial microbes.  This is our garden for this summer that we just planted two weeks ago. As you can see plants are already starting to pop up.

Hawaiian Bread

This is for the bread maker which is great for tomorrow’s busy schedule and it goes great with ham. I’ve had this recipe for years and for the likes of me, can’t remember where I got it but it’s always been a giant hit for it’s wonderful flavor!

This makes a 1-1/2 pound loaf:

1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup crushed pineapple w/ juice
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teas vanilla
1/2 teas salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup instant potatoes
3 cup bread flour
1-1/2 teas bread machine yeast

Place all ingredients in your bread maker according to manufacturers instructions. Select the basic bread option and light for color. Enjoy with that delicious ham tomorrow!
