Homemade Mint Sauce
If you’re having lamb tomorrow, you might want to try making your own tasty sauce to serve with it!
In a saucepan, combine the mint, corn syrup and lemon juice. Combine the water with the cornstarch and add to the mint mixture. Over medium heat, cook and stir until mixture thickens and starts to bubble. Strain and stir in the food coloring, if desired.
