Sweet Mustard Sauce
This is a great sauce for basting pork or ham on the grill. Use it during the last 10 minutes of cooking time. You can also use it to dip the pork in after it is cooked!
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened apple juice
- 2 teas crumbled dry tarragon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Just combine all the ingredients and keep chilled until ready to use.
- May be heated if you're using it for a dipping sauce
