Diablo Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup dry sherry
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup minced parsley
  • ¼ teas each: oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme, rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 6 drops hot sauce
  • 3-4 teas brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil, reduce heat to low.
  2. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
