Chicken Nuggets Rumaki Style
 
Ingredients
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1-inch nuggets
  • 1 whole water chestnut per nugget
  • ½ strip of bacon per nugget
  • Oyster sauce
  • Light brown sugar
  • Cayenne pepper, optional
Instructions
  1. Make a slit in each chicken nugget and insert 1 chestnut.
  2. Wrap with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Pour oyster sauce over top of nuggets and then sprinkle each with a little brown sugar and cayenne pepper if using.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes or until bacon is nice and crispy.
  6. *I used one large chicken breast and it made about a bakers dozen!
