Lemony Fruit Dip
  • ¼ cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 teas grated lemon rind
  • 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  1. Gently whisk together the sugar with the lemon rind and juice.
  2. Fold in the sour cream.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
