Cheeseburger And French Fry Casserole
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of onion soup
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz) cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 pkg (20 oz) crinkle cut french fries
  1. Brown ground beef over medium heat, crumbling it as it cooks, drain.
  2. Transfer into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  3. Combine the soups and mix well; pour over the cooked beef.
  4. Arrange fries over the top of the meat mixture in a single layer.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
