Ingredients
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 1 teas pepper
  • 2 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 teas hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well to dissolve dry ingredients.
  2. To marinate the steak, place meat in a shallow dish and marinate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Baste steak with the extra sauce while grilling.
