Vidalia Onion Sauce
Try this over fresh steamed veggies, pork chop, steak or burger or just spruce up some cooked noodles or rice, yum!
Saute onions in butter in a saucepan until lightly browned. Stir in cornstarch and add the broth and Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Cover and cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan and heat through. Enjoy!
