Chocolate Fudge With Pecans
Today is “National Nutty Fudge Day”, so bring on the fudge…..
Combine sugar, butter, salt and milk in a large saucepan. Bring mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue to boil and stir for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until marshmallows and chocolate are melted and mixture is smooth and well blended. Pour into a buttered 8-inch square dish. Cool before cutting. This should have been yesterday when is was eat what you want day or tomorrow for Mothers Day! Of course you could make it today and treat mom tomorrow with a special homemade treat, hint, hint……….
