Chinese Meatballs

Stir up some fried rice with these babies!

 

1-1/2 lbs pork sausage
1/3 cup minced celery
1/3 cup minced onions
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup minced water chestnuts
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp soy sauce

 

 

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Shape meat mixture into small balls. Place balls in a large shallow baking pan, 1/2 inch apart. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done, flipping half way through the cooking time. Have some extra soy sauce or some sweet and sour sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
