Another great side dish to go with that cooked ham tomorrow. It’s easy and quick too!
1/4 cup butter
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup light cream
Salt and pepper to taste
In a microwave safe dish, melt the butter on high for 30-40 seconds, being careful not to brown. Add the cabbage and stir to coat. Cover and cook on high for 2 minutes and stir in the cream. Recover and cook on high for another 3 minutes, stirring after 1-1/2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy! This is also a good dish for after the holiday, just chop up some of the left-over ham to add to it!
