Mustard Beer Bread

More BEER! Oops, I said the ‘B’ word again! This recipe is for you bread machine and it makes a 1-1/2 lb loaf………


3/4 cup flat beer
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbls prepared mustard
1 tbls butter, softened
3 cups bread flour
1 tbls sugar
1 teas dry mustard
3/4 teas salt
1-3/4 bread machine yeast


Place all ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the basic/white cycle and use a medium or light crust. When bread is finished baking, remove to a wire rack to cool. Great with beef dishes!
