Grouper Parmesan
One of my all time favorite fish!

2 lbs grouper filets, cut into serving sizes
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbls fresh lemon juice
1 tbls grated onion
Dash of hot sauce



If frozen grouper is used, thaw first. Place grouper in a single layer into a greased baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the paprika. Spread mixture over the fish and sprinkle with the paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Have a nice tossed salad and lemon wedges for a garnish! Enjoy!!!
