Chop Suey Burgers
Sort of like a Chinese sloppy joe!
Lightly brown beef and onions in a medium skillet sprayed with cooking oil. Stir in the chop suey vegetables. Combine the soy sauce, water and corn starch and stir into the beef mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes over medium-low heat until mixture has thickened and begins to bubble, stirring constantly. Serve on burger buns and top with noodles….. Enjoy!
