Relaxing Tea Or Bath Blend

Why buy those expensive tea bags when you can make your own?

 

 

1/2 cup dried rosemary leaves
1/2 cup dried lavender flowers
1/2 cup dried spearmint
1/4 cup dried chamomile
1/4 cup dried cloves
Just blend all the above and store in an airtight container. To make a cup of tea, place one teaspoon of the herbs in a tea ball and put it in one cup of boiling water. These herbs can also be added to a nice hot bath by placing about a half a cupful in a piece of cheesecloth. Tie with a piece of string to prevent herbs from getting into the water. Lay back and feel the frustrations of the day slip away!
