Tortilla Hamburger Dip
Kenny and I love our hamburger and use it in many recipes, here’s another one!
1 lb lean ground beef
3 bunches scallions, sliced thin
2 cans Mexican style tomatoes, chopped
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
3/4 cup chopped pimento
Oregano, garlic and pepper to taste
1 teas chili powder
1/2 lb extra sharp cheddar, grated
Brown beef with the onions until meat is no longer pink. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 45 minutes to meld the flavors. Serve hot with warmed tortilla chips, some ice cold Coronas and enjoy!
