Chinese Chicken Sandwich
A little souped up way to make a chicken sandwich, soup and sandwich all in one!
Combine the first 6 ingredients and spread over the buns that have been split and toasted, making sure to cover the bun entirely. Broil about 4 inches from heat until hot, about 7 minutes. This recipe was given to me a long time ago and I never tried it, it seems that you should dilute the soup with some amount of milk but I’m not sure. Have to give it a try!!!!
