Mexican Egg Rolls
Another great party appetizer for the big game coming up!
2 lbs ground beef
2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar
Taco sauce of your liking
12 egg roll wraps
1 egg, beaten with a little water
In a skillet, brown the beef and add the seasoning packets and finish according to the package directions; drain off the fat. Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the middle of a wrapper, top with about 1 heaping tablespoon of the cheese and then about 2 teaspoonfuls of the taco sauce. Fold in sides and then wrap up to form an egg roll, sealing the last flap with the egg mixture. Deep fry until golden brown on all sides. Keep in a warm oven while cooking the remaining rolls. Serve up with some extra taco sauce and some sour cream…. Ole!!!!
