Cherry Ribs

Another favorite way to cook ribs!

4 lbs St. Louis style pork ribs
1 can cherry pie filling
1 small onion
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 teas horseradish mustard
1 teas yellow mustard
1 teas ground ginger
1 teas Worcestershire sauce

Place ribs in baking dishes sprayed with cooking spray, cover and bake for 1 ½ – 2 hours in a 350 degree oven. Ribs should be tender. While ribs are baking puree the cherry filling and saute the onions in the olive oil. When onions are transparent in color stir in the remaining ingredients including the cherry sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside 1 cup of the mixture for serving. Grill ribs over medium heat and brush frequently with the remaining sauce on each side until ribs are done to your liking. Let us know when you’re gonna cook these guys up and will bring a nice bottle of wine to the cookout!
