Easy Beef Goulash
This recipe takes time to cook but not to prepare…..
2 ½ lbs steak of your choice
3 onions, peeled and sliced thin
1 ½ teas salt
1 tbsp paprika
½ cup tomato puree
½ cup water
Place all ingredients in a Dutch oven and simmer, covered for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until meat is tender. I like to use a sirloin steak for this one as it seems to get tender quicker. Have some biscuits to sop up the juices! Enjoy!
