Black Friday Turkey Divan
If you can handle turkey the day after Thanksgiving, this recipe is easy and simple, after all, who wants to be stuck in the kitchen after fixing that big dinner yesterday!
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli, cooked
4 large slices of turkey, cooked of course
1 can (10 ½ oz) cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
Drain broccoli, and arrange in a casserole dish and top with the turkey. Combine the soup and milk and pour over the turkey. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in a 450 degree oven until the sauce is slightly browned, about 15 minutes.
Hint: if you’re having broccoli on Turkey day, cook enough to make this recipe the next day!
