Mexican Rubbed Back Ribs
If you’re still using your grill, these are some tasty ribs!
Mix all seasonings together in a small bowl. Rub onto both sides of the ribs and let ribs set for 20 minutes. Cook on medium-hot grill, over indirect heat with the grill closed. Cook for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until ribs are tender, maintaining a temperature of 325-350 degrees. Have some cole slaw and corn bread and enjoy with a nice cold brew ski!
