Cottage Cheese Dip

Something interesting for the holiday veggie tray!


1 pkg (12 oz) cottage cheese
¼ cup red bell pepper, minced
¼ cup green bell pepper, minced
1 teas chili powder
½ teas garlic powder
¼ teas ground cumin
3 tbsp water
½ teas cider vinegar



Place cottage cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth. Scoop out into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until it’s party time! Since you don’t use too much of the peppers, cut off the top and use that for the dip and save the pepper itself to serve the dip in!
