Hot Mustard Sauce
Just had some homemade egg rolls for lunch and this is Kenny’s favorite dip for them!
Mix the mustard and vinegar in a sealable container and let set overnight. When ready to make sauce, beat the egg and put in a saucepan, adding the sugar, salt, hot sauce, and mustard mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and let cool. Blend in the mayo and store in the frig for use on beef, pork or anything you desire.
