Danish Pork Sausage

If you’re into making your own sausage, try this one out!


5 lbs fine ground pork butt
5 teas salt
¼ teas allspice
2 teas white pepper
¼ teas cloves
1 teas cardamom
1 large onion, minced
1 cup beef bouillon, ice cold


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and stuff into hog casing. Very tasty, especially cooked on the grill!
