Grilled Shark Steak

Better to put these guys in our belly, than us in theirs!

1 lb shark fillets
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
Fresh ground pepper
2 teas olive oil
1 tbsp fresh chopped mint
1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced

 

After washing the fillets, combine with the lime juice and sprinkle with the pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Combine oil, mint, cilantro and garlic. Brush shark meat with the mixture. Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until meat can be flaked with a fork, turning once during the cooking time. Enjoy something I have enjoyed for years!
