Festive Mullet

A different version of mullet that is baked instead of fried!


  • 2 lbs fresh mullet fillets
  • 1 ½ cups crushed cheese crackers
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Paprika to taste



Cut mullet into serving size pieces and dip into the dressing and then roll in the cracker crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking oil and drizzle oil over the top. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in an extremely hot oven, 500 degrees, for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. You know what to serve with these babies!
