We love these with a nice salad or a bowl of hot soup!
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, sometimes I like to use Swiss cheese
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ teas garlic powder
In a large bowl, combine the first three ingredients and mix until just moistened. Turn onto a floured surface and knead 8-10 times. Roll into a 9×6 inch rectangle and cut in half lengthwise and then cut into ¾ inch strips. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the garlic. Transfer onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown! Soups on!!!!!
