Another hamburger casserole that yet again sparked my interest!
1 pound ground beef
2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
1 can 15 ½ oz whole tomatoes, chopped
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 can condensed cream of vegetable soup
1 cup water
1 teas dry minced onion
½ teas salt
Shape ground beef into a large patty in a large frying pan sprayed with cooking spray; brown for 5 minutes on each side over a medium-high heat. Break up into small chunks and spoon into an 8 cup baking dish, also sprayed with a cooking spray. Stir in the remaining ingredients; cover. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until noodles and veggies are tender.
