Key Lime Pie (The Real Thing)

Really love Key Lime Pie, if it’s the REAL THING!

 

3 egg yokes

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup Key lime juice

1 baked graham cracker crust

Whip egg yokes with milk. Gradually beat in lime juice. Pour into chilled crust. Cover and chill for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Topping:

1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 to 2 tsp. sugar

Beat cream with vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form. Top pie and rechill.Enjoy!
